Legal Notice:

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Contests offered through PBR Fantasy are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. These Contests may not be used in connection with any form of gambling. By entering, participants: (a) release and hold harmless Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (“PBR”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this promotion, or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any prize-related activity; and (b) grant to PBR the right to use and publish their proper name and state, score, and Contest ranking, whether online, in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contests.


  2. ELIGIBILITY: In order to participate in the PBR Fantasy Service you must be a Registered User thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of registration for the PBR Fantasy Service.


  3. ELIGIBILITY FOR PRIZES: PBR offers prizes in connection with the Contests offered through PBR Fantasy. To be eligible for a prize in PBR Fantasy’s Contests, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal resident of the District of Columbia or the fifty United States.  Residents of Arizona, Florida, Maryland, Vermont, Montana, Louisiana, New Jersey, Arkansas, and Tennessee are not eligible to receive prizes. In addition, the following groups of persons are not eligible to win prizes in any PBR Fantasy Contest: employees and agents of Professional Bull Riders, Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contests, and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household as any of the above, whether related or not. Ineligible users are nevertheless welcome to play in either Contest. Should an ineligible user win his/her fantasy league, the prize will be awarded to the first eligible runner-up in that league. The Contests are void where prohibited.


  4. CONDUCT: By entering either Contest, Contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which will be posted at the PBR Fantasy website throughout the Contests. Contestants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Contest Administrators which shall be final and binding in all respects. PBR reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contests or any PBR website; (b) violating the Official Rules or any of the guidelines of the Contests; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any PBR property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTESTS MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PBR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THE USER'S ACCOUNT, IF ANY, AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.


  5. RE-SALE OF SERVICE:  All content and statistics are for use on this website only; any re-selling of this service or its contents in any form is strictly prohibited.


  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: PBR assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, entries. PBR assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contests or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contests. PBR assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing, that may occur (including but not limited to any such problems which may result in the ability to access the PBR Fantasy or to process any game transaction(s) in connection with the Contests). PBR assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in these Contests. If, for any reason, either Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of PBR which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, PBR reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In addition, should the professional baseball season be postponed, shortened, interrupted, modified, or cancelled for any reason, PBR reserves the right at its sole discretion to award prizes at the time the professional baseball season is affected, or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contests.


  7. PRIVACY: By entering either Contest, you agree to PBR’s use of your personal information as described in PBR’s Privacy Policy at http://pbrnow.com/policies/privacy.cfm.


  8. WINNER’S LIST: While potential winners may be posted on the Contest web site at the conclusion of the Contests, all potential winners are still subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize will be awarded. The list of verified prize winners may be obtained after 11/04/2007 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: PBR Fantasy, 101 West Riverwalk, Pueblo, CO 81003.


  9. OFFICIAL RULES: For a copy of the Official Rules, print these web pages or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: PBR Fantasy, 101 West Riverwalk, Pueblo, CO 81003. Requests received after the end of the Contest Period will not be honored.
